Louise DELCROIX-FOURNIER is the founder of ldf-advisory and act as an independent expert in intellectual property, e-commerce and circular economy

Graduated in Intellectual property Law, Louise started her carrier at UNIFAB, a French Rights Owner

association which protects and promotes Intellectual Property rights. She worked as a lawyer within the anti-counterfeiting department of Louis Vuitton and BIC before joining the eBay group. As Director of the Brand relations Team, she implemented, at a global level, strategic legal and business partnerships with Right Owners from all industry sectors to fight against counterfeiting and offer second-hand goods to consumers as an alternative to counterfeits. Two years ago, she transitioned to working as an independent expert to create impactful synergies between e-commerce platforms, rights owners and public authorities in order to ensure a safe and sustainable online shopping environment to consumers and accelerate the ciruclar economy transition.
